We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to bring real-world clinical data knowledge to cutting-edge AI training projects. What You'll Do

  • Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to hospital data systems, clinical workflows, and compliance frameworks
  • Assess whether AI outputs accurately reflect real-world data governance standards — including accuracy, consistency, security, and regulatory alignment
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated scenarios involving hospital data operations
  • Provide structured, expert feedback on data policy frameworks, governance workflows, and cross-functional data management practices
  • Draw on your experience with HIPAA, clinical data standards, and healthcare IT to ensure AI outputs meet professional and regulatory expectations
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks
  • Familiar with how data flows across clinical, IT, compliance, and administrative functions in hospital environments
  • Able to evaluate complex data governance scenarios critically and document findings clearly
  • Detail-oriented and methodical — you notice when something doesn't align with real-world practice
  • Comfortable working independently on structured, task-based assignments

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
  • Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Experience with data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or similar standards
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
