About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned healthcare data professionals. You'll bring your deep knowledge of clinical data systems, regulatory frameworks, and cross-functional governance to one of the most consequential applications of AI today.

What You'll Do
- Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate and improve AI outputs related to clinical and operational health data
- Define and assess governance standards for data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance in AI-generated healthcare content
- Review AI-produced frameworks, workflows, and documentation for alignment with real-world clinical, regulatory, and administrative requirements
- Identify gaps, errors, or compliance risks in AI outputs — including issues related to HIPAA and other healthcare privacy standards
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly informs how AI models handle sensitive health data
- Collaborate asynchronously across clinical, technical, and compliance contexts — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA
- Skilled at working across clinical, IT, compliance, and administrative domains
- Able to evaluate data policies, workflows, and governance controls with a critical, expert eye
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable delivering structured written feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in health informatics, clinical data operations, or enterprise data strategy
- Familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), or population health data
- Prior work with compliance auditing, data stewardship, or governance framework design
