What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
- Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into clear, structured feedback that improves AI system design
- Review and assess AI outputs related to EHR systems, clinical decision support, and health data management
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI-generated healthcare content
- Provide structured, expert feedback using defined evaluation frameworks
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
- Strong analytical skills — able to evaluate clinical data and identify workflow or system issues
- Clear, precise written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing informatics specialist roles
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or population health platforms
- Experience in quality improvement, clinical auditing, or outcomes measurement
