What You'll Do
- Design challenging, graduate-level chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solution walkthroughs with precise, well-structured reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI reasoning in STEM fields
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigorous reasoning
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subdisciplines
