What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training material
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct QA reviews of business content across domains including finance, economics, policy, and e-commerce
- Provide structured performance feedback, coaching, and development support to your team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and analytical content in both Spanish and English
- Continuously refine processes to improve team efficiency and content quality
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
- 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content strategy, or a related domain
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
- Skilled at delivering constructive feedback and detailed annotations
- A clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Creative and lateral thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related discipline
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or content review systems
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or business publishing
