What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes
- Provide constructive feedback, training, and professional development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
- Guide the creation of business content — including case studies, financial scenarios, policy analyses, and e-commerce frameworks — in both Spanish and English
- Ensure all outputs are analytically sound, logically structured, and aligned with project objectives
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; professional fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, finance, or domain-focused content roles
- Strong analytical and research skills with a sharp eye for accuracy and logical consistency
- Confident communicator who can give clear, actionable feedback
- Creative thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related discipline
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or content review workflows
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business writing
