Job description
TransPerfect is seeking a Freelance AEM Content Editor (Icelandic) to support web content quality assurance and content validation across digital properties.
This role focuses on reviewing and validating localized website content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments to ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and overall content quality.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with CMS platforms, and comfortable working independently in remote web QA and content validation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify that:
- Lists
- Tables
- Formatting
- Styling
are displayed correctly across web pages.
Ensure all content is free from:
- Typos
- Formatting issues
- Metadata errors
Compare live web pages against AEM staging environments to confirm content accuracy
Review translated Icelandic content to ensure it fits naturally within:
- CTAs
- Headers
- Navigation components
- UI elements
Validate that:
- Images
- Videos
- Embedded media
display correctly and remain visible across pages.
- Identify and report inconsistencies between:
- Live sites
- CMS staging environments
- Approved source content
Required Qualifications
Experience using:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- WordPress
- Drupal
- Similar CMS platforms
Strong attention to detail and content accuracy
Ability to work independently while communicating professionally with remote teams
High level of trustworthiness due to access to CMS systems and digital assets
Native-level proficiency in Icelandic
