Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Bilingual Document Annotator and play a critical role in ensuring high-accuracy structured data extraction from complex documents.

In this role, you will validate, correct, and enrich AI-generated data from multi-page PDFs, ensuring that every data point is precise, consistent, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated JSON data and compare it against source PDF documents.
• Validate extracted values and correct discrepancies to match original content exactly.
• Perform detailed error detection and data validation across tables, summaries, and long-form documents.
• Verify mathematical calculations, including totals and line-item summations across documents.
• Navigate and interpret nested JSON structures, ensuring correct schema placement.
• Apply bilingual language skills to annotate and correct documents in two languages.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and collaborate to improve annotation quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret complex, multi-page PDFs with tables and financial data.
• Exceptional attention to detail — even minor inaccuracies can impact data integrity.
• Advanced English reading comprehension and strong communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (ability to review and annotate in two languages).
• Familiarity with JSON structures and ability to verify data accuracy and placement.
• Experience in data validation, QA, proofreading, or document annotation.
• Comfortable performing basic mathematical checks and cross-referencing values.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in insurance, finance, legal, or government documentation.
• Experience with structured data extraction tools or annotation platforms.
• Ability to manage large volumes of detailed work independently and efficiently.
