Outlier, a platform operated by Scale AI, is seeking English-speaking professionals to help train and refine advanced AI systems.
This remote freelance opportunity allows you to contribute your expertise toward improving the accuracy and reasoning capabilities of large language models while working on a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Produce natural prompts and data using a real “user mindset”
- Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI models
- Review AI outputs and assess their reasoning, accuracy, and usefulness
- Contribute to various AI training projects depending on your expertise
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop complex prompts and evaluate AI reasoning
- Clear and engaging writing skills for explaining evaluations
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing AI outputs

Pay & Logistics
Base hourly rates vary by location:
- United States — $16.07 USD/hour
- United Kingdom — £13.30 GBP/hour

- Ireland — €14.60 EUR/hour
- New Zealand — $26.00 NZD/hour
