What You'll Do

  • Design challenging, graduate-level chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance
  • Develop clear, well-structured solutions with step-by-step logic that AI systems can learn from
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and depth
  • Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across domains including chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model capabilities

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
  • Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
  • No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed
