You'll guide BI teams in transforming complex clinical, operational, and performance data into trusted insights — dashboards, reports, and models that drive real decisions.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain, optimize, and govern BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to uncover actionable trends and support leadership decisions
- Bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and clear, trusted insights that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure clinical data is structured, validated, and fit for purpose in training advanced AI models
Who You Are

- Proven track record designing and managing BI environments — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models — at scale
- Comfortable navigating clinical, operational, and administrative datasets within regulated healthcare environments
- Strong communicator who can translate data complexity into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed and reliable — you can manage a team and deliver quality work without close oversight
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with LLMs or experience working alongside AI research teams
- Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or population health analytics
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside world-leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — structure your hours around your life
- Freelance autonomy with the substance of high-stakes, meaningful work
- Direct exposure to advanced LLMs and the mechanics of how they are trained on real-world clinical data
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
- Collaborate with a global network of experts across healthcare, data science, and AI
