What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to uncover meaningful trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and real-world decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with AI research teams to apply clinical domain expertise to cutting-edge model training and evaluation projects
Who You Are
- Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a proven track record in business intelligence or data management
- Skilled at designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- A clear communicator who can translate complex data findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work independently without constant oversight
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows as they relate to structured healthcare data
- Background in EMR/EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
- Experience in value-based care, clinical quality reporting, or regulatory compliance analytics
