About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Medicine AI Specialist to support the training and evaluation of AI systems used in clinical reasoning, diagnostics, and patient-facing healthcare applications.
In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to improve the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI-generated medical outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated clinical summaries (patient histories, reports, case discussions)
- Annotate clinical cases, symptoms, and differential diagnoses
- Evaluate AI diagnostic and triage recommendations
- Provide guideline-based feedback on treatment plans
- Build and validate medical knowledge graphs (diseases, drugs, procedures, codes)
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) or advanced biomedical degree
- Clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or academic setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology (ICD-10/11, SNOMED CT, LOINC)
- Understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to clinical accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification or medical specialization (e.g., internal medicine, radiology, oncology)
- Experience with AI, medical data annotation, or clinical informatics
- Experience working with structured medical datasets
