About the Role
In this remote contractor role, you'll apply your healthcare expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and provide expert feedback on clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data
- Analyze and audit virtual hospital operations, patient documentation, and workflow scenarios
- Develop and critique case studies, healthcare simulations, and medical decision-making content
- Collaborate with a global team to deliver accurate healthcare insights
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, RN, or equivalent) in medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration
- Minimum 5-10+ years of clinical practice, hospital administration, or relevant healthcare experience
- Proven expertise in clinical treatment protocols, research, or hospital operational audits
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as Clinical Director, Senior RN, or Healthcare Administrator
- Prior involvement in healthcare simulation or digital health projects
- Located in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM
