Role Overview
We are seeking talented English writers to craft, evaluate, and improve AI-generated creative content.
In this role, you will apply your creative writing skills to help AI systems produce more engaging, natural, and imaginative text — spanning storytelling, dialogue, persuasive writing, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Write original creative content across genres (fiction, narrative, dialogue, editorial)
- Evaluate AI-generated text for voice, tone, creativity, and coherence
- Rewrite and refine AI outputs to sound more natural and engaging
- Identify issues with pacing, word choice, clichés, and stylistic consistency
- Provide structured feedback using rating scales and written evaluations
- Craft prompts to challenge and improve AI creative capabilities
- Work independently in an asynchronous environment
Ideal Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Strong creative writing skills across multiple formats
- Deep understanding of voice, tone, and narrative style
- Strong attention to grammar, syntax, and storytelling structure
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and genres
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Published work, writing portfolio, or relevant degree (English, Creative Writing, Journalism)
- Experience in editing, copywriting, or content creation
- Familiarity with multiple writing styles and literary traditions
- Background in storytelling, worldbuilding, or character development
