About the Role
SME Careers is seeking an English Creative Writer to support AI model training through content creation and evaluation.
In this role, you will generate high-quality creative content and assess AI-generated responses, helping improve reasoning, clarity, and performance in advanced language models.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality prompts and responses for AI training
- Evaluate AI outputs for:
- Accuracy
- Reasoning quality
- Fluency and clarity
- Develop structured reasoning (CoTs) to improve AI understanding of image prompts
- Rank and assess model responses using detailed rubrics
- Identify inconsistencies, biases, and errors in AI outputs
- Provide precise and structured feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Creative Writing
- Graphic Design
- UX Design
- Art History
- Photography
OR
2+ years of relevant creative or artistic experience
C1 level English proficiency (written and reading)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to follow complex guidelines and evaluation frameworks
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
- AI/LLM training (6+ months preferred)
- Copywriting or editorial writing
- Background in visual or creative disciplines
