Job Summary
Invisible Technology is seeking a Lithuanian Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer to help improve next-generation AI language models.
In this role, you will apply your expertise in Lithuanian linguistics to evaluate, challenge, and refine AI-generated outputs. Your work will directly enhance grammatical accuracy, reasoning quality, and linguistic depth across Lithuanian language applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with AI models on Lithuanian language scenarios and linguistic challenges.
- Evaluate outputs for grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics.
- Assess correctness in areas such as verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, word order, and dialectal variation.
- Identify and document reproducible error patterns and failure modes.
- Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning and performance.
- Contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation framework improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Lithuanian.
- Strong background in Lithuanian linguistics or related field.
- Deep understanding of Lithuanian grammar systems and linguistic structure.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication and ability to clearly explain reasoning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Lithuanian language, linguistics, or related field.
- Teaching experience, research publications, or linguistic analysis projects.
- Experience with AI training, annotation, or evaluation workflows.
