About the Role
Mercor is seeking Hindi Professional Voice Actors to participate in a short-term project helping train AI systems to better understand and generate spoken audio.
Participants will work directly with a leading AI research lab, recording voice data that improves the performance of advanced AI models.
Professional voice acting experience is preferred but not required. Individuals with experience in audio-related fields such as music, podcasts, broadcasting, streaming, or content creation are encouraged to apply.

- Project duration: approximately 1–2 weeks

- Time commitment: 2–10 hours per week
- Compensation: $150 USD per finished hour of recorded audio

Contract & Payment Terms
