About the Role
What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises executives, models financial decisions, and reasons through complex business strategy? We're looking for Business Administration experts to stress-test and train cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they can hold their own in the boardroom, the analyst suite, and the strategy war room.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for when reasoning goes wrong.

What You'll Do
- Design Advanced Business Challenges — Build complex, real-world business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Create rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs — like ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or missing macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Improve Executive-Level AI — Help ensure AI can serve as a credible, sophisticated partner for real business decision-making
Who You Are
- Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and recommendations
- Highly precise — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic before anyone else does
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or content evaluation
- Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience producing professional business deliverables under rigorous standards
