About the Role
Turing is seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented professionals to help improve and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs).
As a Business Analyst supporting AI training and evaluation initiatives, you will combine critical thinking, research, content analysis, and structured reasoning to create high-quality training data that improves AI accuracy, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities.
You will work closely with advanced AI systems, evaluating content, verifying information, identifying reasoning gaps, and developing analytical scenarios that strengthen model performance.
Responsibilities
Content Analysis
- Analyze and evaluate complex written content
- Interpret information and identify key insights
- Break down large volumes of information into structured and logical components
Research & Verification
- Conduct online research using multiple sources
- Verify facts and validate claims
- Assess evidence quality and content accuracy
- Synthesize information from diverse sources
AI Evaluation
- Review AI-generated responses
- Identify logical errors, inconsistencies, reasoning flaws, and factual inaccuracies
- Provide detailed annotations and corrections
Scenario Development
- Create analytical scenarios, evaluation prompts, reasoning tasks, and problem-solving exercises designed to improve AI model capabilities
Problem Solving
- Solve research-based and analytical problems
- Document reasoning processes and conclusions
- Apply structured critical thinking to complex situations
Model Improvement
- Collaborate with AI systems to test and improve reasoning capabilities
- Deliver high-quality feedback that contributes directly to model training and evaluation
Requirements
English Proficiency
- Excellent written English skills
- Strong reading comprehension
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and accurately
Analytical Skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities

- Experience conducting online research
- Ability to evaluate evidence and draw logical conclusions

Technical Requirements

Engagement Details
- Minimum commitment: 30 hours per week
- Contractor/Freelancer engagement
- Some overlap required with Pacific Time (UTC-8) — approximately 2-5 hours of daily overlap with the US West Coast
