This role is a high-impact commercial leadership position focused on driving growth across a portfolio of strategic commercial accounts.
You will be responsible for expanding revenue through disciplined account planning, multi-product adoption, and long-term value creation with key clients.
The position requires a strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead high-value conversations that influence renewal and expansion outcomes.
You will own both expansion ARR and renewal performance, ensuring predictable growth and strong retention across your assigned portfolio.

Accountabilities:
- Own and deliver expansion ARR targets and renewal performance across a portfolio of assigned commercial accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and retention.
- Develop and execute structured account strategies focused on multi-product adoption, increased wallet share, and long-term customer value.
- Lead complex negotiations and discovery conversations with multi-stakeholder buying groups to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risk.
- Drive disciplined renewal planning and execution, ensuring strong forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and solutions teams to align on account strategies and expansion opportunities.
- Identify commercial risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to protect and grow recurring revenue.
- Ensure seamless commercial transitions and handoffs when required, maintaining continuity across customer lifecycle stages.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, commercial sales, or similar roles with responsibility for ARR-driven portfolios.
- Proven track record of driving expansion, renewal growth, and revenue retention in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing larger deal sizes and navigating mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies and disciplined account planning approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain forecasting accuracy, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- University degree is preferred, along with experience managing multi-product or SaaS-based solutions.
