Investment Banking / Private Equity Expert (Data-rooms)

This is a remote, project-based opportunity for Investment Banking and Private Equity professionals with hands-on dataroom and due diligence experience to contribute to real-world transaction analysis and AI training initiatives.

As an Investment Banking / Private Equity Expert (Data-rooms), you will review, organize, and analyze transaction materials including CIMs, financial statements, legal agreements, cap tables, and diligence documentation while applying real investment banking and private equity workflows.

Projects are asynchronous and assigned on a project-by-project basis, generally spanning 2–3 weeks with expected commitments of 10–20 hours per week depending on accepted assignments.

Required Qualifications
