About the Role

We're looking for experienced forestry and land management scientists to help shape the next generation of AI. Your field expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason about, and communicate sustainable forestry practices, forest health, and land-use decision-making.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

  • Review forestry and land management scenarios used in AI training datasets
  • Assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated content related to forest health, land use, and sustainability
  • Identify errors, oversimplifications, or misleading recommendations in AI outputs
  • Provide clear, structured feedback that improves AI reasoning in applied environmental contexts
  • Evaluate complex management recommendations against real-world scientific standards
  • Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your schedule

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in forestry, land management, or a closely related field
  • Strong working knowledge of forest ecosystems, sustainable management practices, and land-use frameworks
  • Able to critically evaluate applied environmental decision-making and spot technical inaccuracies
  • Comfortable reviewing and assessing written technical content at scale
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
