Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. What You'll Do

  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical soundness, and practical relevance
  • Apply your EHR and health data expertise to assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, reporting, and health information systems
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI responses involving healthcare data, terminology, and processes
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to help train and improve AI models used in healthcare contexts
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
  • Familiar with health information standards and clinical/administrative workflows
  • Able to evaluate technical healthcare content with precision and clarity
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have
