Job Summary
MANTECH is seeking a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to support enterprise software development and modernization initiatives within federal and national security environments.
This fully remote role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications and software solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
The position involves technical leadership responsibilities, software lifecycle delivery, enterprise integrations, and support for scalable government-focused digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain:
- Software modules
- Product components
- Enterprise subsystems
using modern software development tools and methodologies.
- Research and integrate:
- Design strategies
- Product specifications
- Development schedules
- User expectations
into technical product capabilities.
- Develop technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions
- Test and debug advanced software components and application units
- Act as a technical resource and mentor for lower-level developers
- Lead small-to-medium sized software projects when assigned
- Implement full lifecycle solution delivery processes for enterprise projects
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Support enterprise development initiatives using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in:
- Engineering
- Mathematics
- Business
- Related technical fields
Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency with:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse integration
Experience with:
- Data modeling
- Dataverse administration
- Database creation and management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting:
- Department of the Air Force
- Department of Defense
- Federal government agencies
Experience with:
- DataBricks
- ETL tools and workflows
- Python
Experience working in Agile development environments
Clearance Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain up to a Secret Clearance
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $105,900 – $177,300 annually
