Mercor is seeking experienced engineering, manufacturing, and operations professionals to contribute expertise toward frontier AI training and evaluation projects.
This role focuses on supporting AI systems through:
- Rubric-style evaluation tasks
- Engineering reasoning analysis
- LLM prompt design
- AI output evaluation
- Manufacturing and operations workflow assessment
The ideal candidate has prior experience completing Mercor rubric-based tasks and is comfortable evaluating AI-generated technical and operational outputs.
