Job description
Mercor is seeking experienced management consultants, strategy leaders, and operations professionals to contribute expertise toward business strategy and management projects supporting frontier AI systems.
This role focuses on helping train and evaluate AI models through:
- Rubric-style evaluation tasks
- Business strategy reasoning
- LLM prompt design
- Model output evaluation

The ideal candidate has prior experience working on Mercor rubric-based tasks and is comfortable evaluating AI-generated strategic and operational outputs.
