Job description

As a Travel / Hospitality Specialist, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems using real-world hospitality, travel, and customer service workflows.

This role focuses on analyzing customer interactions, evaluating operational processes, and improving customer experience standards within travel and hospitality environments.

No prior AI experience is required. Industry expertise in hospitality, travel operations, or customer service is the primary qualification.
