About the Role
We are seeking Data Science Experts to support AI model training by designing complex data workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
In this role, you will create realistic analytics, BI, and data engineering scenarios, and assess how AI systems perform across end-to-end data processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design data workflows across analytics, BI, and data engineering
- Build scenarios involving SQL analysis, dashboards, and A/B testing
- Create and evaluate data pipelines (ETL/ELT, dbt, orchestration)
- Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
- Develop data artifacts (queries, models, dashboards, schema designs)
- Clearly articulate reasoning behind data decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in data science, analytics, BI, or data engineering
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster)
- Ability to produce and interpret data artifacts
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple data domains (analytics + engineering)
- Experience with dbt and metric modeling
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis
