About the Role

We are seeking a Legal & Compliance AI Specialist to support the training and evaluation of AI systems used in legal research, contract analysis, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will apply your legal expertise to improve the accuracy, safety, and reasoning of AI-generated legal outputs across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated legal summaries (statutes, case law, contracts, filings)
  • Annotate legal documents and clauses (risk, obligations, jurisdiction)
  • Evaluate AI-generated legal research, memos, briefs, and drafts
  • Provide citation-based, expert feedback
  • Build and validate legal knowledge graphs (laws, cases, entities, regulations)

Requirements

  • Law degree (JD, LLB, LLM, or equivalent)
  • Professional legal experience (law firm, in-house, regulatory, or legal tech)
  • Strong understanding of legal systems (common law or civil law)
  • Expertise in at least one legal domain (e.g., contracts, corporate, IP, compliance)
  • Strong analytical reasoning and writing skills
  • Attention to detail and citation accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bar admission or equivalent certification
  • Cross-border or multi-jurisdictional legal experience
  • Experience in legal tech, compliance systems, or AI training
