Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer (SRE) to design, scale, and maintain high-performance infrastructure supporting large-scale financial and blockchain systems.

In this role, you will focus on reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed systems, working across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and blockchain data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS)
  • Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform or Pulumi
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability
  • Maintain blockchain nodes across multiple networks
  • Scale and optimize database systems handling large datasets
  • Improve system reliability, uptime, and observability
  • Collaborate with backend and product teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in SRE or Software Engineering
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes in production
  • Proficiency with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
  • Experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
