About the Role

We are seeking an expert Chemical Biologist to join our customer's team. In this role, you will operate at the interface of chemistry and biology, designing and applying chemical tools to study and manipulate biological systems at the molecular level.

Your work will directly support AI training initiatives by contributing high-quality scientific data and methodologies used in biomedical research and therapeutic discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and synthesize small molecules, probes, and compounds to investigate biological systems
  • Apply chemical techniques to label and modify proteins, nucleic acids, and biomolecules
  • Develop methodologies to study post-translational and chemical modifications
  • Analyze experimental data and translate findings into AI training datasets
  • Collaborate on rubric design and evaluation for data annotation and quality assurance
  • Communicate results clearly through written reports and cross-functional discussions
  • Contribute to improving AI data curation and scientific modeling processes

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Biology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Strong expertise in synthesis of natural and synthetic compounds
  • Experience with biochemical and molecular biology techniques
  • Deep understanding of biological systems and molecular interactions
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant discipline
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or computational biology projects
  • Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation or data annotation systems
