Role Overview

Join our customer's team as a Molecular Biologist specializing in CRISPR and gene editing.

In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge research and AI training initiatives by designing, executing, and optimizing molecular biology workflows. Your expertise will support innovative projects at the intersection of biotechnology and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute CRISPR-based gene editing experiments
  • Develop cloning strategies to generate constructs and engineered cell lines
  • Perform genotyping, PCR-based assays, and sequence validation
  • Design synthetic DNA/RNA sequences and screening workflows
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to structure experimental data for AI training
  • Apply molecular biology techniques to study cellular structures and functions
  • Document experimental procedures and results with high precision

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in:
    • CRISPR and gene editing
    • Cloning techniques
    • Genotyping and PCR-based assays
  • Experience with sequence design and molecular screening strategies
  • Strong analytical and research skills in molecular biology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing evaluation rubrics or working with AI/data annotation workflows
  • Familiarity with dataset creation for AI training or scientific data pipelines
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary or remote research teams
