Role Overview
Innodata is seeking a Generative AI Specialist (Bilingual – French and English) to join its global contributor network.
This is a flexible, part-time, project-based role designed for professionals who want to contribute to AI development while maintaining control over their schedule. Please note that this position is part of a talent pipeline for future opportunities and may not have an immediate opening.
You will help train and evaluate AI systems, improving how models understand language, reasoning, and content quality.
Key Responsibilities
You may work across a variety of AI training tasks, including:
- Evaluating AI model outputs for quality and accuracy
- Annotating and labeling content elements
- Classifying data into predefined categories
- Generating and refining prompts for AI systems
- Ranking responses based on quality or relevance
- Rewriting and summarizing AI-generated content
- Translating and transcribing multilingual content
- Creating and augmenting datasets for AI training
- Performing relevance and similarity evaluations
- Assessing feature performance and grading outputs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities-related field
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred
- Professional-level proficiency (C1/C2) in:
- French
- English
- Strong analytical, linguistic, and reasoning skills
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation frameworks
