Role Overview

Join as a Crisis Communications Manager and play a key role in shaping how AI systems handle high-stakes incident communication and escalation.

You will apply your expertise in crisis management and enterprise communications to design structured evaluation frameworks and improve AI-driven decision-making in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement crisis communication strategies for enterprise and AI-driven environments
  • Develop and refine rubrics for incident classification and escalation decisions
  • Collaborate with AI training teams to align evaluation frameworks with real-world workflows
  • Evaluate AI outputs for clarity, reasoning, and decision-making quality
  • Provide expert feedback to improve model performance
  • Support multi-stage crisis response planning and escalation strategies
  • Work closely with HR, security, and communications stakeholders
  • Produce clear, high-quality written and verbal communications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and uncertainty
  • Experience developing or evaluating structured rubrics or frameworks
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflows (HR, security, communications)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI training, model evaluation, or rubric design
  • Background in AI ethics or structured assessment frameworks
  • Advanced degree in communications, psychology, or related field
