Role Overview
Join as a Workforce Operations Expert and contribute at the intersection of people analytics, enterprise operations, and AI model training.
In this role, you will design evaluation frameworks and analyze workforce data to improve AI systems focused on tracking, reporting, and organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize structured rubrics for evaluating AI outputs related to workforce tracking
- Analyze and reconcile employee location data across multiple systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to create high-quality training data and evaluation tasks
- Monitor workforce movement patterns to support business continuity and crisis response
- Apply people analytics to identify trends and support decision-making
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across HR, security, and leadership teams
- Contribute to scalable workflows aligned with enterprise operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in people analytics, workforce tracking, and reporting systems
- Experience designing or evaluating structured rubrics for AI or data-driven projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and manage complex workflows
- Familiarity with cross-functional operations (HR, security, communications)
- High attention to detail and strong data integrity practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI training or workforce-related model evaluation
- Knowledge of enterprise security and emergency operations
- Advanced experience with data reconciliation across systems
