About micro1
micro1 is a data engine that helps AI labs train foundational models and enterprises build AI agents.
The platform provides frontier evaluations and reinforcement learning environments to improve LLM capabilities, along with contextual evaluations used to monitor and enhance AI agents in enterprise settings.
micro1’s ecosystem includes an AI recruiter agent, a scalable data production platform, and performance systems that ensure both quality and speed in AI training pipelines.
Role Overview
Join as a Full-Stack Developer and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications across multiple technologies.
In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, collaborating with engineers to design, develop, and optimize digital products in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Communicate technical concepts clearly with team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Backend Engineer
- Proficiency in multiple technologies such as:
- React, Node.js
- Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails
- C++, C#, C
- React Native
- HTML, CSS, WordPress, PHP
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across diverse tech stacks
- Track record of delivering complex software projects
- Passion for continuous learning and mentoring
