Role Overview
Join as an Inbox Optimization Expert and help improve how AI systems interpret and manage email workflows.
In this role, you will analyze inbox structures, evaluate organization strategies, and provide insights that enhance AI-driven email categorization, prioritization, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess Gmail inbox architectures, labeling systems, and categorization logic
- Identify optimization opportunities in email workflows and organization
- Provide structured, actionable feedback on user experience and system performance
- Analyze communication patterns to improve AI understanding of email content
- Contribute to dataset creation and evaluation rubric development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI outputs
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all evaluations
- Support AI training focused on email and workflow optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Gmail features (labels, filters, folders, organization strategies)
