About the Role
Join our customer's team as a Game Dev (Frameworks) and be at the forefront of cutting-edge AI agent development.
In this role, you will leverage industry-leading game frameworks to help train next-generation AI models, contributing to the future of interactive entertainment and simulation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize game scenarios using MonoGame, libGDX, and/or Cocos2d-x.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to develop environments for training advanced AI agents.
- Translate gameplay requirements into scalable and reusable code components.
- Debug and improve existing codebases for performance and efficiency.
- Document technical designs and workflows for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Professional experience with MonoGame, libGDX, or Cocos2d-x.
- Strong programming skills in C#, C++, and Java.
- Solid understanding of game architecture, optimization, and cross-platform development.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to debug complex systems and maintain clean, efficient code.
- Interest in applying game development skills to AI research.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on AI agent or machine learning projects in gaming or simulations.
- Familiarity with AI model training concepts and reinforcement learning environments.
- Contributions to open-source projects or game development communities.
