Job Summary

Join micro1 as a Software Developer (SaaS Integrations & API Systems) and help build scalable integrations across modern business platforms.

In this role, you will design and implement integrations across tools like Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, SAP, and more, enabling seamless workflows and improved operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations across SaaS platforms such as:

Mailchimp, SAP, Slack, Stripe, ServiceNow, Intercom, Salesforce, Google Drive, Asana, Razorpay, Basecamp, Buffer, Box, PagerDuty, Sentry, Hootsuite, Monday.com, Gorgias, Zendesk, and custom tools

  • Build and maintain API-based workflows and automation pipelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system interoperability and business processes
  • Lead technical planning, architecture decisions, and code reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system performance issues
  • Develop documentation and onboarding materials for internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and automation across systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Strong experience with API integrations and SaaS ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major platform (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, SAP)
  • Solid understanding of cloud services, workflows, and system architecture
  • Experience working in agile and remote development environments
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to design scalable systems and guide implementation end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms simultaneously
  • Background in DevOps, automation, or workflow optimization
  • Certifications in cloud platforms or integration technologies
  • Experience leading technical projects or cross-functional teams
