Vietnamese Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

Job Summary

Invisible Technology is seeking a Vietnamese Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer to help improve next-generation AI language models.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in Vietnamese linguistics to evaluate, challenge, and refine AI-generated outputs. Your work will directly enhance grammatical accuracy, reasoning quality, and linguistic depth across Vietnamese language applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on Vietnamese language scenarios and linguistic challenges.
• Evaluate outputs for phonology, orthography, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and sociolinguistics.
• Assess correctness in areas such as tonal differentiation, classifier usage, compound formation, dialectal variation, idiomatic expressions, and context-dependent meaning.
• Identify and document reproducible error patterns and failure modes.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning and performance.
• Contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation framework improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Vietnamese.
• Strong background in Vietnamese linguistics or related field.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese language systems and structure.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to clearly explain reasoning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Vietnamese language, linguistics, or related field.
• Experience in translation, interpretation, teaching, or linguistic research.
• Experience with AI training, annotation, or evaluation workflows.
