About the Role
Toloka is recruiting Freelance AI Trainers (Data Annotators) across Asia-Pacific to support AI training projects involving text, image, and video data.
This is a remote, project-based opportunity where you’ll evaluate and label data to improve AI system performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze data (text, images, videos)
- Label and categorize content based on structured guidelines
- Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses
- Identify and flag:
- Incorrect or misleading information
- Sensitive or inappropriate content
- Ambiguous or unclear outputs
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across tasks
Important Note
- Work is project-based (not guaranteed steady work)
- Tasks depend on project availability
- Contributors may be assigned to multiple projects based on performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
- Strong:
- Logical reasoning
- Fact-checking ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow complex guidelines accurately
- Good written communication skills

Compensation
