About the Role
Toloka is seeking Freelance AI Trainers (Data Annotators) to work on AI training projects involving text, image, and video evaluation.
This is a project-based remote role where you’ll help improve AI systems by reviewing, labeling, and analyzing data using structured guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate data (text, images, or videos)
- Label and classify content based on detailed project instructions
- Compare AI-generated responses for quality and accuracy
- Identify and flag:
- Incorrect or misleading information
- Sensitive or inappropriate content
- Ambiguous or unclear outputs
- Follow annotation guidelines precisely and consistently

- Work is project-based, not continuous
- Tasks are assigned depending on availability and your profile
- You may be invited to multiple projects over time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
