About the Role
Mercor is seeking E-Commerce Evaluators to support a high-impact AI evaluation workflow in collaboration with a leading AI research lab.
In this role, you will review and assess AI-generated research reports related to product catalogs, pricing comparisons, inventory management, customer behavior insights, and sales analytics.
Your evaluations will help ensure that AI systems generate reliable, accurate, and actionable insights for real-world e-commerce and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated research reports for accuracy, clarity, and data integrity
- Assess insights related to product assortment, pricing comparisons, and promotional strategies
- Verify inventory metrics, customer behavior analytics, and sales performance data
- Validate statistical tables and benchmarks using credible public sources
- Identify inconsistencies in operational reporting, marketplace analytics, and forecasting
- Complete evaluation tasks independently while meeting project deadlines
- Maintain consistent evaluation standards across assigned reports
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, Sales Operations, or Marketing Analytics
- Experience working with product catalogs and pricing strategy analysis
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain workflows
- Experience analyzing customer behavior metrics and conversion data
- Understanding of online marketplace performance and optimization strategies
- Ability to source and validate industry benchmarks and datasets
Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following areas:
- Business
- Marketing
- Operations Management
- Supply Chain Management
- E-Commerce
- Data Analytics
- Related business or analytical disciplines
Role Details
- Part-time engagement (20–40 hours per week)
