Job description
Join micro1’s customer team as a Private Equity Associate (AI Trainer) and help shape the next generation of AI-driven investment solutions. In this role, you will leverage your private equity and investment banking experience to train and enhance AI systems focused on financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management.
This position blends traditional finance expertise with advanced AI development in a fully remote, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review financial models to support AI training initiatives.
- Translate market research and due diligence findings into structured AI training datasets.
- Contribute to building high-quality learning modules centered on investment analysis and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert complex finance concepts into actionable AI training data.
- Propose improvements to enhance AI-powered private equity analysis workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or training AI/ML systems in a finance context.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exposure to AI initiatives within private equity or investment banking environments.
