About the Role Directly responsible for improving the quality, safety, and intelligence of cutting-edge AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Create High-Quality Training Data: Write, edit, and refine clear, accurate, and engaging prompts and responses across diverse topics.
- Evaluate & Rank AI Responses: Assess AI-generated text for accuracy, tone, style, and safety, comparing outputs and providing detailed, constructive feedback based on project guidelines.
- Identify Model Weaknesses: Act as an adversarial user to uncover flaws, biases, logical errors, and potential risks.
- Fact-Checking & Research: Verify information diligently to ensure factual accuracy of training data and model responses.
- Adhere to Project Guidelines: Master complex instruction sets and apply them consistently to deliver high-quality work.
Who We're Looking For
Required
- Native or near-native fluency in English with exceptional writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Proven experience as an AI Trainer, Data Annotator, or in a role involving interaction with large language models.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Broad general knowledge across various subjects (e.g., history, sciences, arts, culture).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines remotely.
- Commitment to quality and adaptability to evolving project guidelines.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a writing-intensive field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications) or a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Linguistics).
- Specialized knowledge or professional experience in a specific domain (e.g., STEM, law, finance, creative writing, medicine).
Compensation
- $30–$65 USD per hour.
- Rates depend on project complexity and align with your experience and expertise.
